• 邵氏硬度：约 D55。这属于中等硬度，有一定的刚性，但同时也具备不错的柔韧性。

• 熔点：约 204°C。

• 拉伸强度：通常在 30 MPa 以上。

• 弯曲模量：约 415 MPa。

• 低温脆化温度：非常低（通常 < -70°C），这是其突出优点之一。

• 比重：约 1.25。

加工注意事项

• 干燥：Hytrel 具有吸湿性，在加工前必须进行充分干燥（通常建议在 110°C 的热风干燥箱中干燥 3-4 小时），否则会导致产品出现气泡或性能下降。

• 加工温度：典型的注塑成型温度范围在 190-220°C 之间。

• 模具温度：建议的模具温度在 15-65°C。较低的模具温度能获得更快的成型周期，但较高的模具温度能改善表面光泽和焊接线强度。

与其他型号对比

Hytrel 系列有很多牌号，主要区别在于：

• 硬度：从软质的邵氏 D40 到硬质的 D82 都有。

• 性能侧重：有的型号更侧重耐高温性，有的更侧重耐水解性，有的则强调高流动性。

Hytrel® 4069 是塞拉尼斯 (Celanese) 公司生产的热塑性聚酯弹性体 (TPC-ET)，按 ISO 1043 标准分类为 TPC-ET，由聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯 (PBT) 硬段和聚醚软段嵌段共聚而成DuPont，兼具橡胶的柔韧性和工程塑料的加工性能。

Hytrel® 4069

Common features of Hytrel® thermoplastic polyester elastomer include mechanical and physical properties such as exceptional toughness and resilience, high resistance to creep, impact and flex fatigue, flexibility at low temperatures and good retention of properties at elevated temperatures. In addition, it resists many industrial chemicals, oils and solvents. Special grades include heat stabilised, flame retardant, food contact compliant, blow molding and extrusion grades. Concentrates offered include black pigments, UV protection additives, heat stabilisers, and flame retardants.

Hytrel® thermoplastic polyester elastomer is plasticiser free.

The good melt stability of Hytrel® thermoplastic polyester elastomer normally enables the recycling of properly handled production waste. If recycling is not possible, we recommend, as the preferred option, incineration with energy recovery (-24 kJ/g of base polymer) in appropriately equipped installations.

For disposal, local regulations have to be observed.

Hytrel® thermoplastic polyester elastomer typically is used in demanding applications in the automotive, fluid power, electrical/electronic, consumer goods, appliance and power tool, sporting goods, furniture, industrial and off-road transportation/equipment industry.

Hytrel® 4069 is a low modulus grade with nominal hardness of 40D. It contains non-discoloring stabilizer. It can be processed by many conventional thermoplastic processing techniques like injection molding and extrusion.
